josh 1121b44857 Organize scripts and add TWS plugins with HTTP timeouts 
Vendor pinned T5 and T6 plugin sources under the new plugins layout. Add native HTTP deadlines, status and timing diagnostics, telemetry integration, and build/test tooling.

josh 6b462c4726 README: reflect T6 telemetry + join parity with T5 
- Note T6 is at parity on common/HUD/AFK/lock/telemetry/join; only db/bank remain T5-only
- Expand telemetry row to name the four event types now emitted on T6

josh 26bb9e158d T6: expand telemetry to T5-parity reports and add .join module 
- Telemetry: async queued game_start/heartbeat/round_change/game_end with
  sequenced FIFO, watchdog, log-level dvar, and per-player stats snapshot
- Join: new tws_t6_join.gsc chat command lets late spectators enter mid-match
- Update NOTES/README/check.ps1 to reflect the six-module layout
