A restriction applied from a case is listed twice on the case page: once under Linked actions and again under Linked restrictions, with the same ID.
cases/[id]/+page.svelte:473-492 lists every linked action, including records whose type is restriction (it switches the ID label to "Restriction ID" for them, :488-490).
cases/[id]/+page.svelte:515-569 lists the same restrictions again with their scope, expiry, note and revoke button.
The duplicate makes the sidebar longer and suggests a second, separate action was taken.
