fix: resolve ESLint errors blocking Docker build
- Remove unused formatDate() from park page (replaced by formatShortDate)
- Remove unused date prop from DayCell component
- Change let to const for cellBorderRadius in ParkCard
- Change let to const for bg in ParkMonthCalendar
